AOU Board Chairman Attends Reception Celebrating the 77th Anniversary of the People’s Republic of China
Dr. Emmanuel Fred, Board Chairman of Africa Open University (AOU), attended the National Day Reception hosted by the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Liberia on 29 September 2026, marking the 77th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.

The event brought together representatives from the Liberian Government, diplomatic missions and different sectors of society. During the reception, Dr. Fred interacted with members of the diplomatic community and other invited guests.
On behalf of AOU, Dr. Fred extended warm congratulations to the people of China on the occasion of the 77th anniversary.
