Flagship Initiative
Global Talent Certificate Program (GTC Program)
The Global Talent Certificate Program (GTC Program) is AOU's flagship leadership and capacity development initiative for African public-sector leaders, diplomats, senior officials, institutional decision-makers, and advanced professionals. The inaugural GTC training was held on July 11, 2026, at China Agricultural University, bringing together 80 participants from 20 countries. GTC provides practical training in governance, diplomacy, public-sector management, economic diplomacy, negotiation, and strategic risk analysis. GTC is a training and certificate program, not a degree or diploma program.
