AOU Board Chairman Attends Celebration Marking the 105th Anniversary of the Communist Party of China in Liberia
Dr. Emmanuel Fred, Board Chairman of AOU, attended the CPC’s 105th anniversary celebration in Liberia at the invitation of China’s local ambassador. The gathering united cross-sector representatives to mark China-Liberia friendship. AOU, an African open education platform, appreciates China’s experience in education, infrastructure and poverty alleviation. Dr. Fred stated the university will keep advancing international academic cooperation and youth development, boosting Africa’s global exchanges via education and innovation.
Dr. Emmanuel Fred, Board Chairman of Africa Open University (AOU), recently attended the celebration marking the 105th anniversary of the Communist Party of China (CPC), upon the invitation of the Chinese Ambassador to Liberia.
The event brought together representatives from diplomatic, governmental, academic, and development sectors to celebrate the longstanding friendship and cooperation between China and Liberia. Dr. Fred's attendance reflected AOU's commitment to strengthening international understanding, educational cooperation, and people-to-people exchanges between Africa and global partners.
As an emerging African-led open education and youth development platform, AOU values international cooperation that supports capacity building, skills development, scientific education, and sustainable development across the African continent.
