Roukiatou Aline Beniwende Pamtaba

Roukiatou Aline Beniwende Pamtaba is a Burkinabè agronomy and environmental science professional with interests in sustainable agriculture, plant nutrition, soil fertility, food security and climate-resilient crop production.

She holds a Master of Science in Resource Utilization and Environmental Science, with a focus on plant nutrition, from China Agricultural University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy from Saint Thomas Aquinas University in Burkina Faso. Her practical experience includes farmer-led research, field trials, seed production, nutrient management, plant protection and community engagement in both Africa and China.

Her work focuses on connecting agricultural science with the practical needs of farmers and rural communities. As an AOU Fellow, she may contribute to youth capacity building, agricultural knowledge exchange, rural development initiatives and Africa–China cooperation in sustainable agriculture.
